Goals. It’s what drives us. It’s what moves the needle upon humanity. For 2017, I succeeded in being hyper-focused on a just a few things. They were simply: 1) deliver client books FAST, 2) install art in the heart of the home, and 3) offer world-renowned fashion and sports pre-shoots so that I can be part of your family’s milestone even when I’m not available on your event date.
My experience competing at the Maccabiah Games in Israel taught me that to go higher, you must do better and to do better, we must do it together… as a team.
As we all know, there is no “i” in team and I’m grateful for everyone on our team who made 2017 spectacular.

FASHION / SPORTS PRE-SHOOT
These images become ICONIC design for your event. Our fashion and sports pre-event shoots are the start and the art of your event. Any 12 year old will tell you, “I want Michael Jurick!” We travel to the hippest locations and hollywood-light each set. The finished photograph becomes wall art, fine art, Instagram art and even magazine cover art.
I’d like to make special mention of “night shoots.” When the sun goes down, we create magic after dark.

We all love to party. I get to go to a party each time I go to work We make your parties look incredible, because after the lights go down, our photographs are all that remain. They are your time machine transporting you back to the night of your life.
EDEN
Many of you know my daughter Eden is my muse and loves pictures as much as I like taking them. We are a perfect team. After international fashion shoots throughout the year, I have quite a few gems that rarely see the light of day. Here’s a few nice ones worthy of the blog. Thinking about putting together a show simply called the Garden of Eden. :)
COOL THINGS
Throughout the year we get to experience some really cool things. My main wingman Nathaniel Johnston is quite the gadget guy and at Jack Pilot’s BM this summer he blasted off his new drone to capture the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club at sunset. I love these!
SUMMARY
This past year, I’ve photographed some truly beautiful moments and I’m deeply grateful for those opportunities. I took my kids to Coachella, photographed yoga in the clouds of Aspen, won a medal for tennis in Tel Aviv at the 20th quad-annual Maccabia Games, private-toured the exclusive Meyerhoff art collection, and documented my wonder woman wife’s incredible 50th, photographed my sAVAge neice’s BM in 111 degree heat in Florida, and sipped red wine in Tuscany with my family for my mother-in-law’s 70th. Strong family bonds really is the gift of life – treasure it.
